I hate hypocrites

It started with a seemingly simple chemical reaction that the first single-cell organism appeared.

But life, it seems, is not that simple. No one could really create life. Even the seemingly simple electro-chemical reaction needed the perfect environmental combination to synthesize the first single-cell organisms.

That happened in a very short time. Only like 3.7 billion years ago, around 10 billion years after the universe is created from the Big Bang and around 1 billion years after the Earth is created in this part of the solar system. This is math. Probability and chance. These two guys rule your life and everything around you.

Oh wait. Did I hear people telling me that it was God that created the Universe, Earth, and everything in it (including humans) in 7 days and disproving everything science from the Big Bang to Evolution because it’s a theory?

How are scientific theories proven consistently by empirical studies, experiments, observations, evidence (and could be disproved when new observations and evidence emerge) be less plausible than just pure irrational belief?

Wait.

Wait for it.

Now there are people telling me that they believe that God somehow had a hand in all those things. The Big Bang was actually the creation of the Universe by God. The 7 days was actually describing the few billion years of how Earth and everything in it appeared. Evolution is not exactly wrong but the correct term would be Intelligent Design because God actually had a hand in some parts of Evolution!

It’s not the fault of anyone. Humans just choose what they want to believe in. If they believe in something so much, they will find excuses for it. They can even choose some parts of a religion to believe in while ignoring others to make them appear rational.

Not that I’m implying it’s wrong of course.

Believe in what you want to believe, just don’t be a fucking hypocrite.
